The MMOA, a basketball-focused, officials' association of independent
contractors, was founded to address deficiencies, inadequacies and exclusions in the assigning process which denied officials of color equal access to and equal consideration for officiating opportunities locally, regionally and statewide.

MMOA additionally offers opportunities for officials to expand their officiating talents into other sports

MMOA provides the highest level of professionalism and quality officiating to basketball programs throughout the state of Wisconsin and neighboring states.

Our Mission

To identify, recruit, nurture, train, develop and mentor officials of color, in particular, and others in general. Further, it is our mission to create and seek out officiating opportunities for our members at whatever level they choose to pursue. We are committed to securing opportunities for our members as fulfillment of our stated mission
